Hvorfor er tagreparation reguleret?
Why is roof repair regulated?
Roof work involves significant risk of falls and falling through the surface. In Denmark the rules are divided between the Danish Working Environment Authority (occupational safety and fall protection) and the Building Regulations BR18 (structural safety, fire safety and maintenance). Non-compliance can result in orders, fines and liability for damages.
